Your “navigator” is your point of contact here, your guide through the process of credit repair. He, or she, will look at your TransUnion, Experian and Equifax credit reports and go over them with you line by line. Don’t worry if you don’t have copies of these reports. We can easily access them for you.

Once we begin the process, your navigator helps you establish the correct path to eliminating negative and incorrect items from your credit reports in accordance with the FCRA, HIPAA, FCBA and other consumer laws.

As you begin to receive printed correspondence from credit reporting agencies, simply send the paperwork to us using the labels we provide to you in the welcome packet.

Through a unique client login and pin code, you will have direct access to our website for credit education programs and webinars that empower you to establish and maintain good credit.

We actively leverage your consumer rights to engage the credit bureaus and creditors in order to remove the inaccurate/unverifiable items from your credit report. We utilize proven tactics that successfully challenge and resolve items on your report. Our methods are legal and permanent.
