Q: What is the difference between Trinity Credit Services and other credit repair and restoration companies?

A: We offer a multi-stage process that challenges not only all three credit bureaus, but also creditors and collection agencies as well. Most credit repair companies only send out generic dispute letters which you could do yourself. We give you and your credit file the individual attention needed to obtain the best results possible.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee?

A: Yes. We operate and are governed by the applicable guidelines of the FTC, and TFC and we offer a 100% money back guarantee. Please Note: we are unable to guarantee a “complete restoration” of your credit report. That would mean that we promise to remove all negative items from your credit report. No one in our business can predict a specific outcome, but we can assure you that we will do everything possible to maximize the success of your credit reports through our aggressive restoration process.

Q: How long will it take to restore my credit?

A: You should begin to see results within 30-45 days. Our clients typically see the majority of their results within 90 days. However, we will continue to work to achieve the maximum results possible within 180 days.

Q: Is TCS licensed to offer credit repair?

A: No, a license is not required. However, a credit services organization is required to be registered with the Secretary of State and a surety bond in the amount of $10,000.00 is also required. Our registration in the State of Texas is #69947628. Here is our bond. We are registered and bonded in California.

Q: How do I get started?

If you don’t have that, we can pull the reports for you for a low price.) If we feel that our services would help you and you want to improve your credit scores, we will send you the agreements so we can get started removing all inaccurate, and unverifiable negative items from your report.

Q: Is this an automated process?

A: Absolutely Not. We have a dedicated department that takes pride in their ability to help our clients improve their situation. Every client’s file is personally reviewed by this department throughout the restoration process to determine exactly how best to challenge each item at every stage. Q: How do I see the progress of my case?

A: You will receive a username and password so that you may login to our website to check your status 24/7. Your credit consultant will also give you periodic updates to inform you of our success.

Q: Is Credit Restoration Legal?

A: Yes it is. It is your right by law to dispute the questionable items on your credit reports (see Fair Credit Reporting Act.) The credit bureaus do their best to make consumers believe it is an illegal practice, but they are wrong in doing so. Our credit repair service is 100% legal.

Q: What are my responsibilities?

A: You have two very important responsibilities during our credit repair process. 1 – Open all of your mail. 2 – Forward/Send us any and all information from the credit bureaus. You will receive credit reports in approximately 25-45 days. On the very top of those credit reports it will specifically outline the results to our investigations. Once you review the results, mail us those credit reports. With this type of credit repair process you are able to monitor your case, but most importantly you are able to witness the results first hand. When you see deleted items you know we are doing our job. Then simply forward those results to our office so our staff can properly process the new information.
