My fiance and I are going to have our second child in December 10′. We currently are renting an apartment for $950 per month. We both have horrible credit due stupid decisions we made when we were alittle younger. I was wondering if you guys could even help my situation. Somehow, between me and my husband, we have managed to accrue $17,000 in credit card debt. We can’t seem to find a way out. We have tried to budget, we have done research, and we have even cut out alot of fun stuff in our lives. I think it’s time for me to get a part time job. I have been taken by First Financial-so desparate to see some releif feel right into their scam 2 months into the program and nothing has been done

The Consumer Law Group-took a start up fee and refuse to return it because I am unable to afford their monthly payments and another company
I lost almost$3000 just setting something up that didn’t work. I am very leary and I know my current creditors sell my information to third pary credit couseling services as I always recive mail and phone calls non stop, thy’re making me crazy I want my money back

I want to buy a home but I have file chapter (7)
and have been discharge about (8) months now
i also loss a home also,But I want to buy
A home again,
I have Two credit cards with good limits
and I am makeing my payments on time
and car payments on time,But I still have
a hard time trying to get A loan when you
see my credit report.
I got sick,loss my job,was in the hospital
for (30)days I loss every thing while I was
trying to recover,I had no medical coverage

We are a couple of about the age of 60 back in 3-2001 we filed a chapter 7. The only bureau still reporting it is Equifax. Do I need to just wait the 10 months for it to drop off that bureau? We are wanting to buy a house and we are told that is the only thing holding us back. Can you help us?

I really would like to buy a home for me and my wife and our 3 boys. Im 33 and been working the same job since April of 2004. My credit is not good enough to get a loan for a home but i do have a 2004 Harley Davidson worth about 12,000 i could use that as credit for a house. I can make the payments on a home loan up to 600 a month. I just wish and hope i can find someone that will help me and my family. All of my debt is due to hospital bills.. I have been trying to get a business or personal loan to get my retail business up and running.
All I need is $5000. to up grade, but my credit score is too low.
I am stuck with a bogus student loan, for a heavy equipment certificate that is worthless.
I do not want to give them anymore money, but would concider refinancing. They are charging

IN 1998 I WAS FALSELY ACCUSED AND WAS HIT WITH A $450,000 LAW SUIT. AFTER TRYING TO FIGHT IT AND $30,000 IN ATTORNEY FEES TO NO AVAIL, I FILED BANKRUPTCY IN 2000. IT IS STILL ON MY CREDIT RECORD. HOW CAN THIS BE REMOVED? I WOULD LIKE TO REFINANCE MY HOME MORTGAGE AT A BETTER RATE NOW. THANK YOU.

Please read very carefully the comments made regarding the difference in the points a credit report company can be astray. My short story is they were off by mine almost 25 points and that small amount stopped me from buying the house of my dreams sold 2 months later for almost $15,000 less than I was going to pay. If the accurate reports had come in from the credit card companies I would be living in that house right now. I cry often at this transcrepency as at 38, I will most likely never marry and it was the home I was going to live the rest of my days in.
BE EVER SO CAREFUL AND DONT EVER BELIEVE WHAT YOlU READ ~~~ WITH THE BANKS SUCKING US UP WILL WE SURVIVE!!!!

My girlfriend and I are living in her house that her mother left to her after she past away.
What would it take to have the house put in one of our names if not both? I dont think she has enough credit for a home loan, nor does she have job security. My credit is in ok condition and i have been with a company for over 2 years now. Do we have any options?

If your in the market place for a loan, it is a smart decision to go over your credit rating score at least six calendar months prior to putting forward the application. This way if your mark is inadequate, you get an opportunity to amend your credit grading for at least six months before the loaner makes a credit check on you.

My boyfriend and I are looking into buying a house together and when I ran my credit score it was only 551 and I know that lendors want a score of 620 or better. I went thru a divorce a couple of years back and my ex’s responsiblity was to pay the bills and he did not and that affected my score and then I lost my job of 22 years not long after that and had a tuff time getting a job so I finally took one that paid way way less then I was making so I struggled paying my bills then too. My question is what can I do to fix this to where I can eventually buy a house? I have gotten a good job again now and I am paying my bills but I know I need to do something else too but just don’t know what. Please advise if you can help and what the fees for this type of service costs.
