Some of the more common frequently asked questions from our customers.
What is the difference between Trinity Credit Services and other credit restoration companies out there?
We go through a multi-stage process that challenges not only all three credit bureaus, but creditors and collection agencies as well. Most credit repair companies only send out some generic form of dispute letter which you could do yourself. We have a team of processors that handles each file specifically to your case. You are paying us to represent you and to obtain the highest credit score possible. Therefore, you deserve the individual attention that is needed to do so.
Do you guarantee your work?
We operate and are governed by the FTC’s guidelines and have a 100% money back guarantee written on our contract to protect the consumer.
How much are your services?
Our clients vary from having a few late payments to having bankruptcies, foreclosures, collections, repossessions, etc. Therefore it will be quoted on a case-to-case basis in your free consultation.
How long will it take to restore my credit?
You get your first round of results in 30-45 days. However, we will achieve the maximum results possible within 180 days or less.
Is it legal?
Although the credit bureaus would like to have you think otherwise, there is absolutely nothing illegal about disputing items on your credit report. In fact, it is your explicit right by law to do so (see Fair Credit Reporting Act). Credit report repair is as legal as pleading "not guilty" in a court of law.
How will I find out about my results?
You will receive all results first-hand by mail from the creditors and credit bureaus. You then forward the originals on to us for our next stage of work.
