Here are some simple tips to help you manage your credit wisely.
1) Keep your credit to debt ratio in check. If you spend more than 50% of your credit limit each month, this sends a red flag to the credit bureaus that you are a high credit risk and your score may go down by 60-70 points overnight.
2) Don’t miss any credit card payments. Even if you only miss 1 payment, your interest rates could skyrocket to 27%-30%!
3) If you find yourself falling behind, contact a reputable credit counselor right away. They may be able to set up a payment plan that you can afford so your accounts don’t become delinquent.

how can we find a reputable credit counselor to help us lower our interest rates and manager our growing debt that we can’t get under control? We need to get this under control and then we can manage it better. We need help, I just don’t know who to turn to. I have submitted my information on this website for a free consultation. I am hoping this will get us the help we need to lower our interest rates as well as our payments. Our car loans will be paid off by the end of the year, but we are in desperate need of help with credit cards and doctor bills….
